Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Our certified registered behavior technicians are ready to support your students’ behavioral growth. If needed, we have BCBAs available to support.

Progressive training
Our work doesn’t end when the placement begins. We continue upskilling paraeducators and behavior interventionists who have long-term placements. Our quarterly training modules cover topics such as:

- QBS-Safety-Care® Certification
- AB 1172 Training
BA pathway
We help you grow more teachers in your community by supporting a pathway for paraprofessionals to earn their Bachelor’s degree.
- Paraprofessionals are first placed at your schools.
- They pursue our low-cost BA pathway as part of an earn & learn model.
- You end with certified paras who are already familiar with your campuses and are now eligible to become certified teachers through our program, TeachStart.

This California unified school district requested a cohort of 35 paraprofessionals in summer, weeks before the school year began, to cover unexpected gaps in faculty staffing.
